The Morrow Hotel, Washington, D.C.

Morning light does something to a place. It wakes things up. That's the whole idea behind The Morrow — not just a name, but a feeling we're chasing every single day.

We built this hotel around three things: wellness, community, and ease. Nothing complicated. Just a place where you can exhale a little, reconnect with whatever version of yourself feels most like you, and maybe leave a bit more optimistic than when you arrived.

The look and feel? That took some serious talent. INC Architecture shaped our common spaces — the places where people gather, linger, actually talk to each other. Rottet Studio handled the guestrooms, meeting spaces, and fitness center, bringing a level of design thinking you can feel the moment you walk in, even if you can't quite put your finger on why.

Here's the thing about mornings — the real first light, not the alarm-clock kind. There's a particular quality to it. Hopeful, almost stubbornly so. That's what we're after here. The instant sunlight hits our windows, the whole building seems to catch it, and suddenly the lobby's glowing with this quiet, steady kind of energy.

We're not chasing grand gestures. Honestly, it's the small stuff that adds up: a welcome amenity that actually feels thoughtful (not just a branded water bottle), breakfast for two every morning, and — our personal favorite — a sunset champagne toast that turns "just another evening" into something worth remembering.

Tomorrow starts today. That's not just a tagline; it's basically our whole philosophy, wrapped up in what we call the Brighter Day offer.
